SMS Terms

These SMS Terms describe the text-messaging program operated by Cactus Water Solutions, LLC ("Cactus Water Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you agree to these terms.

Program Description

Cactus Water Solutions sends customer-care, appointment, and marketing text messages related to free water testing, water quotes, scheduled appointments, installation updates, follow-ups, and occasional special offers from Cactus Water Solutions only.

How to Opt In

You opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on a Cactus Water Solutions form (for example, the "Get My Free Water Quote" form at https://cactuswatersolution.com/free-quote) and submitting your information. SMS consent is optional — you can submit the form and use our services without agreeing to receive text messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity. Most customers receive fewer than 10 messages per month.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Cactus Water Solutions does not charge a fee to receive messages, but your carrier may.

How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and you will not receive further SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

Carriers Supported

Carriers supported include (but are not limited to) AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Examples of messages you may receive:

• "Hi [First Name], it's Andrew at Cactus Water Solutions. Thanks for requesting your free water test. When works best for me to swing by — morning or afternoon this week? Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply."
• "Reminder: your free water test with Cactus Water Solutions is scheduled tomorrow at 10:00 AM. Reply C to confirm or R to reschedule. Reply STOP to opt out."
• "Your written quote is ready. View it here: [link]. Questions? Reply to this text or call (480) 903-8552. Reply STOP to opt out."

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you submit. By opting in, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

Privacy

Information collected through this SMS program is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We will never sell, share, or transfer your mobile number or SMS consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
