1. About Cactus Water Solutions

We are a locally owned water treatment company serving the Phoenix, Arizona metro area. We provide free in-home water testing, written quotes, and installation and service of whole-home water filtration, softening, and reverse osmosis systems.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and a homeowner or authorized decision-maker for the service address to request a quote or schedule an installation.

3. Service Area

We service the greater Phoenix metro area. We reserve the right to decline requests outside our service area.

4. Quotes and Estimates

• Quotes are based on the water test results and conditions observed at the time of inspection.
• Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise on the quote document.
• Pricing is subject to change if scope of work changes, additional plumbing modifications are required, or hidden conditions are discovered.

5. Appointments and Cancellations

• Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
• We may charge a trip fee for repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
• We may reschedule due to weather, equipment availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Installation and Workmanship

• All installations are performed by trained technicians and follow local code where applicable.
• You are responsible for providing safe access to the installation area, including water shut-offs, electrical, and adequate space.
• Workmanship warranty terms (length, coverage, exclusions) are stated on your written quote or signed work order. Manufacturer warranties on the equipment are passed through to you and governed by the manufacturer's terms.

7. Payment

• Payment is due as stated on your signed quote or invoice — typically a deposit at scheduling and the balance at completion of installation.
• We accept the payment methods listed on the invoice. Returned-payment fees may apply.
• Past-due balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate allowed by Arizona law.

8. Communications and Consent

9. Use of the Website

You agree not to:
